Significance of moisture in the use of grease:

If the free water is too much, it will have a corrosive effect on the parts.
2) Calcium-based grease contains a mass fraction of structural water of 1.5%-3%.
This kind of grease containing structural water, the general use of the temperature does not exceed 70-80℃.
Otherwise, it will lose moisture, destroy the structure of fat, cause the separation of oil and soap, and lose the lubrication effect.
The trace moisture in lubricating oil was determined according to GB/T 11133-2015 "Determination of water content in petroleum products, lubricants and additives - Karl Fischer Coulomb titration".

Experimental steps:
First, preparation work
1. After the instrument is unpacked, please count the accessories according to the packing list. If there is any damage, please contact our company.
2. The instrument should be carried vertically, and the tilt Angle along the height of the instrument should not exceed 30 degrees. It should be placed in a dark place and placed smoothly, otherwise there will be vibration after the start of the instrument, which will affect the service life of the instrument.
3, the instrument power supply is connected to the capacity of more than 220V/10A socket, pay attention to must have a good grounding wire.
Second, the experimental process
1. Sampling: Flush the 1ml syringe used with the sample to be tested.
2, sample injection and determination
After sampling, click the "start" button, the instrument shows the status of "titration", the sample is injected into the anode chamber through the sample feeding cock, the titration automatically starts, and the moisture value continues to increase.
When titration is over, the buzzer sounds and the status message indicates that the measurement is completed.
The printer will print out the measurement results when enabled.
If you want to change the calculation formula or the relevant parameters in the formula before the titration is over, click "Setting" - "Formula Selection" (- "Formula Parameter Setting") to complete the titration before the titration is over.

(2) Test records
This interface is the test data recording interface, which allows you to view the data recording of the test results of the previous tests.
Click "Up" and "Down" to scroll through the records one by one.
Click "Clear" to pop up a prompt box for clearing test records. If you click "OK" in the prompt box, all data records can be deleted.
(3) Print Settings
Under this interface, you can optionally set to enable or disable the printer.
When enabled, after the test is completed, the instrument will automatically print the test results;
When disabled, do not print test results.
